Here’s a sneak peek of Sofie and James wedding day in Nottingham.
Throughout the day I travelled to four different locations… I started out at their house to shoot the groom/groomsmen. Then on to a local hotle to capture some moments of the bride getting ready.
Our bride and groom then met for their ceremony at the Wollaton Hall museum.
Such a beautiful building with the most exquisite archetecture.
The photo above was taken after the ceremony, somewhere in the botanical garden. It’s probably one of my favourite images that I’ve taken. This shooting style and colour scheme runs consistent throughout all my work.
Afterwards, everyone set off for to the gardens of Strelley Hall for the reception.
All in all, a wonderful day for two wonderful people. Let me know if you like the images, and of course if you have a wedding coming up and you’re seeking this sort of documentary style photography, just shoot me a message! I shoot regularly across Nottinghamshire, despite being based in South Yorkshire.

Finally married!
Excitement about the fact they’ve just become husband and wife!
The sun is up. The confetti is airbourne.
